You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt and we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within five working days of receiving the return shipment.

Easy returns in three simple steps

Step 1: Request the return form by email
Send an email to info@lysu.nl with the subject line "Return Form Request." We will then email you the return form.

Step 2: Send your order
Print the returns form you received, complete it in full, and enclose it with the items you wish to return. Send the package to the address listed on the returns form. Be sure to include a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within five working days.
